This Privacy Policy explains how BoardUp ("we", "us"), a product of Danshi Labs, handles your information when you use boardup.ai or request early access.
When you request early access we collect what you submit: your email address (required), and optionally your name, company, team size range, and primary technology stack. We also record standard technical data (IP address, timestamp) to prevent abuse, and use privacy-respecting analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that does not use cookies or track you across sites.
We use your information to manage the early-access list, contact you about BoardUp access and product updates, and understand who is interested in the product. That's it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and emails are sent via Resend. Both act as service providers processing data on our behalf.
You can ask us to delete your information or unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@boardup.ai. We'll action deletion requests within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) — email us and we will honor them.
We keep early-access information until you ask us to delete it or until the early-access program ends and the data is no longer needed.
If we materially change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
