boardup.ai is an informational website. Requesting early access places you on a waitlist; it does not guarantee access to the product, a timeline, or any particular features. We may grant, decline, or revoke early access at our discretion.
Don't misuse the site: no automated scraping of the form, no submitting information about someone else without their consent, and no attempts to disrupt or probe the service.
The site, the BoardUp name, and all content here belong to Danshi Labs. Early access does not grant you any license to our technology beyond what a separate agreement may later provide.
The site and the early-access program are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Product descriptions reflect what we're building and may change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Use of the BoardUp product itself will be governed by separate terms presented at sign-up. These Terms cover only the website and waitlist.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
